THE 5 BEST THINGS*

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I’ve been tagged by ERA to write about the five best things that my Hubby has done for me. I will be married 25 years, this November…so he has done quite a bit! I guess I will try to name the top five!
The Five Best Things Hubby Has Done/Does for Me are:
1. With his contribution…I have 2 gorgeous son’s!
2. With his building talents, I have a 1000+ square foot master bedroom…with my OWN master closet!
3. With his quick humor, I manage to smile a lot instead of scream!
4. With his continued success in our company, I am able to buy lots of shoes!
5. With his unconditional love, I feel I am the luckiest gal around!
NOW……..for his bad points! Oh, that is a different story! LOL

Now, as is the custom with blog tags, I tag the following individuals to write a post about the five best things their spouses/significant others have done for them and they in turn, are to tag some friends to do the same. Since most of us all know the same people….I am offering this challenge to anyone on my blogroll..who would like to participate!

SMILE for a SUNDAY…..*

On the first day of college, the Dean addressed the students, pointing out some of the rules.

“The female dormitory will be out-of-bounds for all male students, and the male dormitory to the female students. Anybody caught breaking this rule will be fined $20 the first time.”

He continued, “Anybody caught breaking this rule the second time will be fined $60. Being caught a third time will incur a hefty fine of $180. Are there any questions?”

At this, a male student in the crowd inquires, “How much for a season pass?”

HONESTY…..Such a Simple word….Difficult for some!

I believe for any relationship to work, there has to be honesty. Without it, in my opinion, it will eventually fail…big time! I believe the more honest you are with your own feelings, the more honest you can be with others. Game playing should be left to all the different sports that are out there, not to romance! I believe that even if it is something that is REALLY bad, in your opinion, you need to be honest. If two people are meant to be together, they will be able to work anything out. Yes, I did say ANYTHING! So, honesty works for me. I realize everyone needs to do their own thing, just wanted to put my take out there!

Movie Review………….Pineapple Express-)*

Well, let me tell you this, it was quite the experience. It is basically a movie where male bonding is portrayed in “other than customary ways.” There is a lot of pot smoking and a lot of personal experiences with pot! It seems to be the whole theme of the movie… of yeh…..other than the male bonding part! The acting is done with enthusiasm and seriousness. The characters are all pretty strange, which makes it amusing. I have to be honest ,though. I kept looking at the clock! Just take it for what it is, and you will not be disappointed.

Come On,Let’s Do It!!!!!!

I have a few friends who are in relationships that have been going on for sooooo long. It does not get past the dating and hanging out phase. It seems like they are just in limbo land trying to figure out what they are going to do with their lives and then their lives together. Well, how long is this suppose to go on before you realize that the relationship is NOT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE???????
I think people should place a limit on relationships. If two people happen to be on the same page in life, that’s cool. If two people are just out there and they don’t even know what is going on with their life….TIME TO MOVE ON. Do not get me wrong, I am all for people working things out…but, set a limit people. As the years go on and you are not going anywhere in your relationship, remember……you are not getting any younger! Remember that.
So, I guess what I am trying to say is believe in your instincts. If you can not figure it out, get help. Do not waste your life. Live it instead! It is a lot more fun and rewarding!

Be Real!

BE REAL………

I want to get out some stuff about being able to just admit things!!! Enough is enough! I believe that if a person is able to admit some things to themselves and others, it really makes you feel like you just lost 10 pounds!! Who would not want to lose ten pounds quick?
I believe that if you feel that what you have to say is your honest interpretation of what really went down, then just admit it .You have to stick with just the basics. Either it is right or it is wrong. Sorry, in my book, there is no singing a song about it! (You all know what I mean by that!)
Let me give you an example, ok? You are dating someone who is ok but, you are not head over heels in love with them. They treat you well and like to make you feel special. They go out of their way to do anything for you that makes you happy. You ,on the other hand , think that you will go crazy soon if this person does not stop bothering you. You try all the tactics you can to get this person to leave you alone, but they just don’t get it.
Well, why don’t you just try admitting to yourself that maybe honesty is the best way to go! You need to handle it gently cause you do not want to hurt the other persons feelings, but you just gotta do it. Admit to yourself that being honest is the way to go and see what happens.
Now, if you do your best and the other person is still just not getting it, then I guess…. you could always get a restraining order! On the other hand, things might just work out great, right?

Believe in yourself,

Luisa
