Just sitting here thinking about my life and trying to figure out what it is I am happy about…all of the time. I mean, I am always telling everyone to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF…put, what the heck does that really mean. I have a tendency to write what I am thinking, so I tend to go on and on. I also go all over the place. So, be ready with that cup of coffee, and then sit back and just stare. Just stare at me and what I do. I mean, really…who am I??? I am in one of those moods where I feel like writing all over again. I did a lot of writing when I first started this blog, and then…somehow, I was doing comedy. OH, that is who I am, right? I do love to make people laugh at life. I do get happy when I see other people happy. I get sad when I see people stressing out over things that are really bad for them. I wish I could just make all of their problems go away. I wish we all would be able to do that for all of those who are important to us and even to those that we do not even know. Oh, I just noticed how long this post is getting. You will be tired by now. Thanks for being who you are and visiting me. I do get a smile from you all. I hope you have a great day! Make it special…your way. Do the same for the rest of your life. I figure we all should do the best we can…while we still can. OK,I am done…for now. Remember…

Are you stupid?

Definition of stupid: “having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense”

I am a person of fact. I always verify my information. I do not believe someone when they tell me something, until I can find facts to prove it. I rather have someone tell me flat out what their opinion of me is, rather than pretend and just act like every thing is good. I can always tell when someone is lying because of their eye movement and theri behavior. I hope you all find what ever it takes for YOU to be in charge of your behavior. YOU have a voice. YOU count. Just listen to what your persona is telling in. Rest. Think. Meditate. GET SMART.

Is Your BRAIN activated or on pause?????

If you have been lucky in life,so far, to have a brain that seems to be doing what it is suppose to do to make sure you are getting by every day the best you can, then it appears that your brain is activated. If you are just complaining and always looking for faults in your family and friends. then it is not.

You need to cherish the brain and appreciate the value of your brain. Every time you keep singing to it the same crappy story you have managed to scheme, you are not being a friend to your brain.

Life sucks at times. I also know that life is amazing at times also. I guess I mainly focus on the reality of my situation, and use my brain to help me figure out how to cope with it. If it becomes harder and harder each day, then it is time to seek help from a medical doctor, friends, or family.

In other words, we are not alone…unless that is your choice. Then you need to use all of our brain to try to figure out how to deal with it.

Always believe.

Have Faith.

Have love.

Have hope.

Taking My Own Advise

Blogging is my way of expressing my feelings for the time I write or post things. Each of us have creative views and opinions that should be expressed without feeling like you are being judged. Blogging helps you emotionally and spiritually. You can let your feelings express poems, stories, opinions, thoughts of the day, as a few examples. Give it a try! You will never know until you give blogging a try! Be sure yo visit the pages of others and leave a nice comment to help encourage them! Have fun!

Well, I read my entry on my EVERIPEDIA PAGE, and I decided I should start blogging again because of what is happening in my life RIGHT NOW that is extremely hard to asjust to and is requiring a lot of work, on my part. I guess I am hoping that I actially get viewers on my blog who will actually care and decide to leave me a comment that will help inspire me in some way.

I guess by now you are trying to figure out what the hell I am talking about, so I will tell you.

My brother Mario died on June 18th and the caretaker found him on the floor already gone when she got there. She ran next door to the fire station and when the fireman returned to his apartment, it was already too late. I got the news by phone from him. It was unexpected. It was a shock. We were planning on going shopping to the outlet malls the next day! I talked to him the night before. He was fine!

I guess what this whole experience has taught me LOUD and CLEAR is that I should be ENJOYING LIFE to the fullest and not worry about the shit that is going on in the world right now.

All that should really matter is family and friends. Period! I think the MOST PRECIOUS GIFT a person can give to someone else is the gift of their TIME! LISTENING is a GIFT we should also be willing to share. My brother was someone who always wanted to help in any way he could. He never asked for anything in return. Life is NOT all about us only. We need to do more reflecting and meditation to help us get in tune with reality.

Mario liked comic books, volunteering, sports, and giving gifts. Mario enjoyed life! He spent a lot of spare time with his family and his friends. He was always volunteering his time to help others in need. He had the talent of making others feel comfortable because he always listened to what they were trying to express.You could ask Mario any question about sports, and he always had the answer! He always amazed others with his knowledge!Mario will be missed, but never forgotten.Rest in Peace Mario.

Gods will be done.

Faith, Hope & Love are all that really matters.

Say what?

If you had a choice between marrying a guy/girl with a lot of money but has a rotten personality or a guy/girl who had a great job but could stand to work on a few of their personal features…but REALLY loved you, who would you pick and why? RICH or LOVING?

Listen to your body….it speaks

I am always amazed at what I find when I am listening to what my body is trying to tell me.

Sometimes I really do not want to hear it, but I end up regretting that decision!

I am sure there have been times where you KNOW you should not pick up that HEAVY box, but you do it anyways.  The pride factor kicks in.

That evening you are just sitting around in disgust because you did not listen to your body speak!

Does any of this make sense to you?

I can list hundreds of times I should have listened!

Now, what I do is meditate and do some yoga.

It really helps me stay focused on ME and what I am feeling and thinking.

When I do this, my body is happier.

I walk different.

I move different.

I kind of DANCE around!

Try it out.

It’s a long story……..

Where have I been?
Well, my mom was in the hospital and then rehab. for the last 10 days.
She got to go home today.
She will have occupational and physical therapy at home.
She has been very weak.
Her pulse went down to 40!
During a procedure, she went into cardiac arrest.
They saved her.
She now has a pacemaker.
This should make her life a lot more comfortable.
I am happy she is home.

Cherish your health and well-being.
