Definition of stupid: “having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense”

I am a person of fact. I always verify my information. I do not believe someone when they tell me something, until I can find facts to prove it. I rather have someone tell me flat out what their opinion of me is, rather than pretend and just act like every thing is good. I can always tell when someone is lying because of their eye movement and theri behavior. I hope you all find what ever it takes for YOU to be in charge of your behavior. YOU have a voice. YOU count. Just listen to what your persona is telling in. Rest. Think. Meditate. GET SMART.

Use all of your senses, do not discriminate!

Five Senses:” the faculties of sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch.”

These days it see,s that a lot of you out there are always setting goals! What is a goal, you ask? “the object of a persons ambitions or effort, an aim of desired result.”

Well, I am suggesting you set a goal today or any day, to use ALL of your 5 senses and appreciate them being there! I think we take them for granted. It seems like we only appreciate them when they have a problem they are causing us! Not me! I totally realize the gift of ALL my senses!

For some, it is only when they are suffering that they see.

For some, it is only when they appreciate what they are eating, they taste.

For some, it is not when they hear a compliment but when they are focusing on the stupidity going on, they do hear.

For some, it is not when they have the comfort and love of a hug, but instead when someone accidentally runs into them, that they experience touch.

Open your eyes to beauty. Open you eyes to life. Focus on ALL of the senses you are privileged to have.

Have Faith!

Have Hope!

Have Love!

Is Your BRAIN activated or on pause?????

If you have been lucky in life,so far, to have a brain that seems to be doing what it is suppose to do to make sure you are getting by every day the best you can, then it appears that your brain is activated. If you are just complaining and always looking for faults in your family and friends. then it is not.

You need to cherish the brain and appreciate the value of your brain. Every time you keep singing to it the same crappy story you have managed to scheme, you are not being a friend to your brain.

Life sucks at times. I also know that life is amazing at times also. I guess I mainly focus on the reality of my situation, and use my brain to help me figure out how to cope with it. If it becomes harder and harder each day, then it is time to seek help from a medical doctor, friends, or family.

In other words, we are not alone…unless that is your choice. Then you need to use all of our brain to try to figure out how to deal with it.

Always believe.

Have Faith.

Have love.

Have hope.

Are you ignorant on purpose????

I have come across many situations in my lifetime that make me answer the question above as a “yes” for many of you out there that have made this CHOICE. Being ignorant is a choice that many of us make in this life. If a person is born ignorant, that is not what I am referring to. I am talking about those friends or family members you are thinking about right now that fit into this category!

I believe we should all do the best we are capable of doing in life and leave others to do the same with their life. It is not up to me what you all do. I basically just want to be left alone and live out my life the best way I see fit. I do not bother anyone with anything they do not want to be bothered with.

So, I guess what I am trying to say is to just do and live.

New Years Resolution in progress

Well, every new year we all seem to make resolutions that we start out strong with and then they manage to fade out. I made a different one this year that I believe will be simple to do. Every morning I walk into my closet to decide what to wear, I always grab the same stuff! I have years of clothes accumulated in my closet, but I ALWAYS manage to reach for those same pants, top, etc. that I have been wearing for days! I decided to push myself to change this! Every day NOW I will pick out something different! My hubby is going to help me with this. He said he would tell me if he notices I am going back to my old habit. ( He also knows if he says the wrong thing, I will explode! LOL)
So far this year, I have been right on track. I will make it a habit to post some of my photos more often. They SHOULD show me in different clothes!

Just wondering, what is your resolution for 2017?

We had the opportunity to travel to Moab, Utah and visit Arches National Park. It was amazing! We got to do some hiking and lots of sight seeing. I would highly recommend a visit! We also got to visit Canyonland National Park. So awesome!

Now I am continuing with my birthday celebration! My family and friends are amazing! So loving and so supportive! I hope you are not to crazy over my photos I like to post! Oh well, have a great time doing what you like to do! I sure am. 🙂

There comes a point and time in our lives where we are not really sure exactly what the hell we believe in. I hope that you have all found a place in your life where you can say you have achieved some type of peace with things. We all need to find that balance in our lives where we can actually not get annoyed when we look at ourselves in the mirror. I can honestly say that I have reached that blessing in my life. I have fought hard and strong. I have stayed focused. I have stayed true. I have not injured anyone along the way. I can say that I am at peace and can accept any challenge., Can you?

Yeah, I know
Some days you figure “Why bother?”
Some days you figure, “It’s not too bad, it could be worse.”
Some days you wonder why things are the way they are.
What ever happened to living the sweet life?
You see all kinds of things going on and you wonder, “What the hell!”
Are they so stupid?
Don’t they realize what they are doing?
No matter what I do and what I say, they just DO NOT get it!
How do they live?

Why should I even give a *hit?

Do you honestly think that this blog I have will solve all of your problems?

Well, I hope it will direct in a positive way.
Get rid of all the negative, for a while anyways!
