Mother’s Day is fast approaching. You may celebrate it where you live, or you may not! Since I live in the USA, where it is celebrated…I have to start thinking about it. Now, normally, I would just have had to worry about MY mom…but, since I am married…there is my husband’s mom, too! Also, in between playing house with my husband, we had two kids! I have to also worry about dropping hints to my husband that his sons need to be thinking about ME! I do count, right? I guess it depends on who you ask! Now, to ME, Mother’s Day is about showing respect. It is not easy for everyone out there to be a “good mom.” Again, it depends on a lot of things. I am just going to talk about my situation, OK? My mom is my mom! What I mean is, she is on this planet to drive me insane! I mean that in a loving way! I would NEVER trade my mom in for another! In my book, she DESERVES respect and love. My mother-in-law, who is currently visiting, tries her best with me. I am a strange and unusual person to understand…at times! She deserves my respect and love! My kids, well…I think I am an outstanding mother. I have devoted my life to them! I respect their decisions, and they are very cooperative with me! They do have a father who has a tendency to forget about special occasions, so I WONDER if they will remember! So, if you feel like it and feel you deserve it….please accept this AWARD!. Print it and put it on you frig! HINT…HINT….I am!
