Leaving for Texas…….

Off to Texas I will be…
To see where my son has chosen to live.
I imagine he will have a smile on his face…
I imagine he will be happy to get going with his life.

I do plan on taking a lot of photos.
I will be happy to share them with you all.
I hope to get him all settled in,
so when I can’t sleep at night I will at least
have a visual. 🙂

Oh, my computer wiz son number 2 installed Skype for me.
I just have to figure it out!
Who knows, maybe I will talk to you all also.
That would be strange, huh?

Well, I must get ready for my trip.
I do not have a laptop, so unless I use my sons computer..I
will see you all when I get back.

Keep a smile on that face.
Stay positive…no negative, OK?

Oh, I plan on getting me a Texas hat!

Equal Opportunity Employer……LAUGH with DORAZ*

A business was looking for office help. They put a sign in the window, stating the following:
HELP WANTED
Must be able to type, have computer skills, and be
bilingual. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

A dog trotted up to the window, saw the sign and went inside. He looked at the receptionist and wagged his tail, then walked over to the sign, looked at it and whined a bit.

Getting the idea, the receptionist got the office manager. The office manager looked at the dog and was surprised, to say the least. However, the dog looked determined, so he led him into the office. Inside, the dog jumped up on a chair and stared at the manager. The manager said “I can’t hire you. The sign says you have to be able to type.”

The dog jumped down, went to the typewriter and proceeded to type out a perfect letter. He took out the page and trotted over to the manager and gave it to him, then jumped back up on the chair. The manager was stunned, but then told the dog, “The sign also says you have to be good with a computer.”

The dog jumped down again and went to the computer. The dog proceeded to enter and execute a perfect spreadsheet that worked flawlessly the first time.

By this time, the manager was totally dumb-founded! He looked at the dog and said, “I realize that you are a very intelligent dog and have some interesting abilities. However, I still can’t give you the job.”

The dog jumped down and went over to a copy of the sign and put his paw on the sentence about being an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The manager said “Yes, but the sign also says that you have to be bilingual.” The dog looked at that manager calmly and said, “Meow.”

I Can’t Stand My Boss!

 

Well, get rid of em! Are they doing a good job as your boss? Are they making money for the company you work for? Are they just sitting around drinking coffee all day and pretending to be working? Are they actually good at what they do? Well, if you answered yes to these questions, you had better start looking for another job! Either that, or you need to sit down with your boss and come to some terms about issues you have with them! If your boss is not doing their job and not pulling their weight, keep in mind that they also have a boss ( unless they own the company) and you can talk to their superior. Make sure you try working it out with your boss first because their superior do not like when employees go behind their immediate supervisors back!  Just be sure to do something! Do not keep going into a job you do not like! This will lead to a lot of health problems for you! Everything has a solution. Figure it out. You can do it! Believe in Yourself! In the course of my employment, I have had several supervisors fired! If you do not do the job, you should not be there, right? I did nothing wrong, they did!

Blogging is a waste???????

You know, from what I can tell….blogging may not be all it is made out to be. I mean I have really been spending crazy hours trying to be entertaining, and for what? I guess you all can say it is good for the soul to let out some stuff that is bothering, but who besides you even cares? I thought I would do all this stuff to have some fun, and now it is more like a job!!! Are you guys even interested in what Doraz has to say OR would you rather she just SHUT UP???? I am not totally ready to close up shop, but it may be getting close. What motivates you guys to continue???????i
