We had the opportunity to travel to Moab, Utah and visit Arches National Park. It was amazing! We got to do some hiking and lots of sight seeing. I would highly recommend a visit! We also got to visit Canyonland National Park. So awesome!

Now I am continuing with my birthday celebration! My family and friends are amazing! So loving and so supportive! I hope you are not to crazy over my photos I like to post! Oh well, have a great time doing what you like to do! I sure am. 🙂

JOKE OF THE DAY*

Ralph is driving home one evening, when he suddenly realizes that it’s his daughter’s birthday and he hasn’t bought her a present. He drives to the mall, runs to the toy store, and says to the shop assistant, “How much is that Barbie in the window?” In a condescending manner, she says, “Which Barbie?” She continues, “We have Barbie Goes to the Gym for $19.95, Barbie Goes to the Ball for $19.95, Barbie Goes Shopping for $19.95, Barbie Goes to the Beach for $19.95, Barbie Goes Nightclubbing for $19.95, and Divorced Barbie for $265.00.” Ralph asks, “Why is the Divorced Barbie $265.00 when all the others are only $19.95?” “That’s obvious,” the saleslady says. “Divorced Barbie comes with Ken’s house, Ken’s car, Ken’s boat, Ken’s furniture…”

The truth is….

The truth is that nobody really knows what the heck the truth is. We listen to one story and then we figure it sounds pretty good, so it must be the truth. Then someone else comes along and has to screw things up by saying some things that made more sense than what the other person just said. I mean “Really!” I do not need more confusion in my life right now. I just want to get up in the morning, get my coffee, look at my schedule for the day, and move ahead. I am sure I will be watching the clock all day long just waiting for that moment when I can just go home, take a deep breath, and go put my “fat clothes” on! No more sticking in my stomach. No more smiling pretty. No more wondering how my hair looks. You know, just hanging out! I did I mention that5 exciting moment when us girls get to finally take off that annoying bra! Wow, the best! You girls out there understand! So, I guess what I am trying to say is that we just have to take the day for what it is and figure out from many directions presented to us, which way to go with our actions. I guess today is my day to just ramble on. Oh well, thanks for listening. Have a great weekend!

Ladies Night Out…..joke

Last night, my friends and I went to a Ladies Night Club. One of the girls wanted to impress the rest of us, so she pulled out a $10 bill. When the male dancer came over to us, my friend licked the $10 bill and stuck it to his butt cheek!

Not to be outdone, another friend pulls out a $20 bill. She called the guy back, licks the $20 bill, and sticks it to his other butt cheek. In another attempt to impress the rest of us, my third friend pulls out a $50 bill and calls the guy over, and licks the $50 bill. I’m worried about the way things are going, but fortunately, she just stuck it to one of his butt cheeks again. My relief was short-lived.

Seeing the way things are going, the guy gyrates over to me!!! Now everyone’s attention is focused on me, and the guy is egging me on to try to top the $50. My brain was churning as I reached for my wallet. What could I do????

The woman in me took over! I got out my ATM card, swiped it down the crack of his butt, grabbed the eighty bucks, and went home.

When I looked in the mirror and did not smile, I knew it was time to do something. When I was unable to sleep because of all kinds of scenarios playing out in my head, I knew it was time to do something. When I read about AVA MD, I knew I had found my solution! I made an appointment, kept it, and am now rejuvenated! I had a one hour facial with TONYA. She knows what she is doing! I was able to relax, get my facial, listen to wonderful music, clear my head, and enjoy the treatment. I HIGHLY recommend TONYA! If you live in CA, it will be well worth your trip and time. AVA MD met with me after my facial. She was very caring and nurturing to my needs. She made me feel very comfortable and helped me to smile again about life.
