Making the turn that works for you

live your life.jpg

Every day you have to hear the same thing over and over again

You just can not take it any longer

You express yourself to others

You are dazzled by their response

You feel like no one really understands

You just want to run away, really far

That way it will all just disappear

Things will be nice and calm

You can just do what ever you feel like

Well, wrong

That fantasy will only last as long as you decide to make it last

You did not have to be so dramatic in your previous life

You just had to open your eyes

The world is the world, no matter where you decide to make it yours

The key point is, make it yours!

Get involved

Get a new reality set in your head

ENJOY, SMILE, CRY,APPLAUD

Just LIVE!

Believe in Yourself

I like to stay home. I like to not always have someplace to go. I like getting up in the morning when I feel like it. I like no one telling me what I need to do for the day. I like to make my own plans and see where they go. I do not feel you always have to have a goal that you get all crazy about to meet. Where does it say that I am required to have goals? I personally feel that if I am in the position to do what ever comes my way, why not? If I do want to plan something, why not? Life goes on day by day. I can even break it down to minute by minute. I wish to just see what happens and then do what I need to do. I appreciate others feeling concerned, but it is your choice to feel that way. I am fine. Thank you for being a friend. That means a lot to me. 🙂

Savouring the moments of my life… a poem

As I embark on my journey through time travel

I am reminded of my childhood days

Chasing the chickens around the yard

Eating lots of Italian food

Going fishing with my Dad

Getting my siblings into trouble with my mother

and enjoying every moment with a fresh-baked cookie.

As I travel into my adult life

I am greeted with many passages

Some I see a smile on my face

Some I only notice tears

I do remind myself that I need to savour every second in my life

I do not want to miss the energy floating in my direction

I do want to accept any challenges sent my way

I find them easier to handle that way

When I am in a state of delusion of the world

I find time travel to be a comfort.

Expecting…

I wonder if you all are trying to figure out what I am expecting? Am I pregnant? Am I expecting a delivery? Am I expecting some exciting news? What could I possibility be expecting? Give up?

MY TEXAS SON IS COMING FOR A VISIT!

YES!

Charlie guessed it.

Too smart. lol

The EYES have it…

Your eyes hold the power. It can be that look you give with your eyes when you really want something. It could be the way you glare that sends a message of power to someone who is disturbing you. It could be the power you radiate when you are laughing and your eyes show that sparkle in them that expresses happiness. It could also be the blank look you give a person when you do not really care what they have to say to you. I try to make it my business to notice the eys of people around me. I immediately gravitate to those people that I feel are not having a good day. I feel that it is my privilege to express to them some kind of love and support that will get them to smile. Most of the time I look into eyes that are saying, “What the hell does she want?” I just ignore that look and keep talking. lol I did this today when I went grocery shopping. That always seems to be the best time. People either love to shop or they are just there because they need to be. So, watch out for me if you live in my neighborhood. lol If you do not, I guarantee you that there is someone out there just like me looking…so beware. lol

Try looking at people’s eyes and see what you see.

What is the meaning of life?

I am sure that some of you out there know the answer to this question, so maybe you would like to share?

I believe that the answer will be different, depending on who you ask. I believe the answer will reflect the life of that person and the challenges they have faced. If you lived a cozy little life with no problems, your answer will be on the positive side, right? If you lived a life full of pain and suffering, your answer will be more loaded down with thought, right?

I guess I believe that there is not one answer, but thousands of them.

To me the meaning of life is death, the ultimate reality.

(My friend Deb T. said this is meant to be an eye opener for you all. lol)

What happens after death, in my opinion is another story.

Bring on all of your wisdom

Bring on all of your rewards

Bring on all of your pain

I will bring you ME.

The road that never ends…

From the beginning, we are made to endure. We are nestled in our mother’s womb, peaceful and unobservant. We begin to recognize what we need to do to make our world a happier place. We begin the road that never ends.

We are born into an air of confusion. Noises and activity surround us everywhere. We are keen to what gets us attention. We continue on the road that never ends.

As we grow older, out brain is feed with information we have to learn to process, or we will continue to exist. We develop ways to stay alive and survive, not wanting to face the alternative. So, we continue on the road that never ends.

There are days that I wish to swim. There are days I wish to fly. There are those days I want to call a taxi!! There are days I wish the road would end. What makes me get back on that path? What makes me even care? What gives me the strength to face the challenges thrown my way? It is faith. Faith in mankind. Faith in our existence. Faith in our destiny. Faith to believe.

May you all find the strength to take hold of the challenges that present you with an attitude of defeat. Believe in yourself and what you are able to do. Keep your faith in whatever you wish to believe. Make it happen.

BACK TO REALITY*…LAUGH with DORAZ*

A smile – is a sign of joy.

A hug – is a sign of love.

A laugh – is a sign of happiness.

And a friend like me??

I just received a call from a charity asking me to donate some of my clothes to the starving people throughout the world.

I told them to buzz off! Anybody who fits in my clothes isn’t starving!

CONTRIBUTED by my friend…..:KRISTI KEYPERS

UPDATE: We just got home. I have a lot to do to catch up. Be patient with me. Thanks for all of your love and support. I smiled and smiled. I will be playing catch up with you all. We had bad internet connections along the way! My family was soooo upset, they did not know what to do! I was kind of happy! They had to talk, for a change.

Love ya.

Little Johnny….LAUGH with DORAZ*

Little Johnny was in church with his mom for Sunday Mass when he felt a sudden barf attack impending. “Mom, I think I’m going to throw up!” She told him, “I want you to run outside as fast as you can. Run across the lawn and go behind the bushes. You can throw up behind the bushes and nobody will see you.” So Little Johnny hauled ass for the door. Less than a minute later, he returned to his seat next to his mom. He had the look of obvious relief on his young face. “Did you make it all the way to the bushes, Johnny?”

“I didn’t have to go that far, mom. Just as I got to the front door, I found a box that had a sign on it: FOR THE SICK.”
