Vacation

” an extended period of leisure and recreation, especially one spent away from home or in traveling.”;

We all have our version of what a vacation is.

This year, I plan on spending time in my hotel and enjoying everything they have to offer.

I have no desire to do any sightseeing, the way I feel right now.

Maybe, when I get there I will decide otherwise!

My family is planning all types of excursions that require me to think about what I need to figure out next.

No thanks! 🙂

So, I hope you all find your way to spend your vacation and believe 100 % that you will be smiling!

Smile in Life

Each day we have choices.

We can just say that we have had enough and retreat.

We can also say that we have had enough, and do something about it.

In your little corner of the world, you can make a difference.

Make it for the better good of ALL of mankind.

Our existence can be resting in your hands.

How Everipedia Plus (EP+) can change your LIFE

Everipedia Plus is a premium service offer to esteemed individuals and organizations who are looking for experienced wiki editors to create scholarly entries for themselves and their businesses. The program was launched in July of 2017 and it is headed by Executive Editor Dave Liebowitz.[1]

History and Development

Everipedia Plus came into existence after a constructive conversation among Everipedia’s Founding Team concluded that there is a market of people whose image is emphasized by their career who would benefit from a scholarly wiki entry about them. Liebowitz took it upon himself to plan out the logistics of the service and research what people are looking for in their own wiki. He linked up with Marketing Expert and Thought Leader Rob Fajardo and they soon established a symbiotic relationship of finding clients, authoring content, and creating happy customers.

Current Features Offered

Digital footprins with EVERIPEDIA*

I am learning a bit about one’s digital footprints. I never even heard of this before I started doing computer classes. Digital footprints of a person means:

“There are two main classifications for digital footprints: passive and active. A passive digital footprint is created when data is collected without the owner knowing, whereas active digital footprints are created when personal data is released deliberately by a user for the purpose of sharing information about oneself by means of websites or social media.[1]”

Well, I found a site that started using and would like to share it with you all. I wrote a little something for it. Enjoy and have fun stepping out! Introducing EVERIPEDIA
:

Everyone’s Encyclopedia!

Very good choice for centralizing and sorting people’s digital footprints.

Everyone’s information will be easily accessible for you.

Readily allows users to up and downvote the links associated with people’s pages and only the interesting ones will prevail!

Internet searches you make with EVERIPEDIA
will change the way you do your research and fact finding.

People you follow on facebook and twitter will have a different perceptive to you. Imagine what you will find out about them!

Enjoy reading all of the interesting facts you will have access to!

Do your research. Get started!

Intelligent choices for you to make when you are searching for information on a certain subject you are interested in.

All you have to do to use LINKSEARCH  and take the link to that person’s profile or that news article you are reading, and then PASTE it on the search bar. This will bring up for you all of the remaining part of their footprint.

I hope you all have as much fun as I do on EVERIPEDIA
. It sure makes doing homework easier!

Rest in Peace Bobby

Your life as you knew it changed in June of 2013
The massive stroke you had was a sign
You fought till the end
Your courage helped us all.
May you now rest in peace.
No more pain.
No more suffering.
You will always remain in my heart.
I will always love you bro!

Take care of yourself each new day…Do You?

For many of us it takes an unhappy event to make us “open our eyes.” Some of us seem to think that everything is going to be fine and nothing is going to happen. I am sure many of you can relate to this or have many you know that feel this way. Well, in my opinion…I say take care of yourself each new day you are given. Eat a diet that covers all of the food groups you learned about in school..not just a few of them. Get exercise by moving and doing what you love to do instead of hate to do. Just move. Talk and spend time with your family and friends. Do not just figure they will be there when you want them to be. Pay attention to the world and what is around you. Stop taking things for granted. Each of you have many things that make you sad. Do not focus on them. Stay focused on the good in your life and the positive will happen. Always focus on what can be done, not what is already done. Focus on the fact that you are alive. Focus on the facts, not the unknown. Life can be hard. Life can be a challenge. Life can be lived in unity. Life can be acheived. Just believe in yourself. Stay healthy and well. If you need help, get it. Do not wait. Just do.

I have a brother who suffered a massive stroke on Father’s Day. He is 50 years old. I can not express to you any details out of respect for the family. I can express to you that I KNOW personally that what I just wrote is true.

A First for ME

Well, you have to believe me when I say that is actually me out there you see in the water. What am I doing? Well, my second son bought a KAYAK, with all of the gear. He insisted that I try it out! I could not leave until I did! I have to admit, I was a bit on the hesitant side. I would have rather had on my bathing suit instead of my new clothes I just got! I could see that my son REALLY wanted to see what would happen, so I did it! I am now hooked. I adjusted quickly to the balance issue. I got accustomed to getting wet! I sat in a puddle of water the whole time, put my pants finally dried! Once I got into the groove of kayaking, I did not want to stop! So, I guess I did learn that YOU CAN teach an old dog new tricks! lol Have fun!

A Day in Ventura at the beach……..

<

Like my new shades? Looking good or should I trade them in? lol I had a relaxing day at the beach in Ventura. I walked up and down Main Street. Lots of shops ranging from thrift stores, antiques, and crazy gadgets. There sure were a lot of surfers out! I love watching them hit the waves. I got to eat at a delicious Irish Pub. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting.I also took a look at the Ventura Mission. There you can find some samples of the way of life back in the day. I loved it!I have a feeling I will be spending a lot of time in Ventura this summer. I also love going to their RV parks. I guess I had better get in shape! I have starting walking every day now for a minimum of 20-30 minutes. I also do some yoga and light weights. I do not belong to a gym. I find it more relaxing to do it in the comfort of my home. Hope you are all planning on having a nice week. I need you all to send some prayers out to my mom. She is having a heart angiogram on Tuesday. Thank you for your support.

Just thinking about things…..

100_3007

What did you do this week that made you happier than last week?

Any special plans for the weekend?

I am very happy that my moms surgery for cataracts is all done and it went well. She can see distance now without glasses! She needs to get fit next week for reading glasses only! I am still waiting to get my new reading glasses. I hear they will be ready on Monday. Can’t wait to show ya.

My hubby and younger son will be going to the  LA car show this weekend. My younger son wants to sell his truck and buy a more comfortable car. I really have no desire to go look at cars. I guess I will stay home and catch up on reading. My older son will be home. Maybe I can get him to take me to lunch. lol

I know a lot of you have been having health issues. Hope you are recovering and will be back to blogging soon. I am starting to get party invitations for Christmas and Hanukkah. I realized that I need to burn off some of this body fat so I can look “cool” in my outfit. Speaking of outfits, of course I have nothing to wear! A reason to go shopping, right? I will try to remember to show you all what I got. Your feedback is important to me. I gotta look cool! lol

Well, hope to stop in on you soon. Until then, stay well and happy!
