Are you stupid?

Definition of stupid: “having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense”

I am a person of fact. I always verify my information. I do not believe someone when they tell me something, until I can find facts to prove it. I rather have someone tell me flat out what their opinion of me is, rather than pretend and just act like every thing is good. I can always tell when someone is lying because of their eye movement and theri behavior. I hope you all find what ever it takes for YOU to be in charge of your behavior. YOU have a voice. YOU count. Just listen to what your persona is telling in. Rest. Think. Meditate. GET SMART.

A First for ME

Well, you have to believe me when I say that is actually me out there you see in the water. What am I doing? Well, my second son bought a KAYAK, with all of the gear. He insisted that I try it out! I could not leave until I did! I have to admit, I was a bit on the hesitant side. I would have rather had on my bathing suit instead of my new clothes I just got! I could see that my son REALLY wanted to see what would happen, so I did it! I am now hooked. I adjusted quickly to the balance issue. I got accustomed to getting wet! I sat in a puddle of water the whole time, put my pants finally dried! Once I got into the groove of kayaking, I did not want to stop! So, I guess I did learn that YOU CAN teach an old dog new tricks! lol Have fun!

RETIRED HEALTH MESSAGE

As I was lying in bed pondering the problems of the world, I rapidly realized that I don’t really give a rat’s hiney. It’s the tortoise life for me!
1.. If walking is good for your health, the postman would be immortal.
2.. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water, and is fat.
3.. A rabbit runs and hops and only lives 15 years.
4.. A tortoise doesn’t run and does nothing, yet it lives for 450 years.
And you tell me to exercise?? I don’t think so.

I’m retired. Go around me.

God grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.

Now that I’m older here’s what I’ve discovered:
1. I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.

2. My wild oats have turned into prunes and all-bran.

3. I finally got my head together, and now my body is falling apart.

4. Funny, I don’t remember being absent-minded.

5. Funny, I don’t remember being absent-minded.

6. If all is not lost, where is it?

7. It is easier to get older than it is to get wiser.

8. Some days, you’re the dog; some days you’re the hydrant.

9. I wish the buck stopped here; I sure could use a few.

Secrets to losing WEIGHT fast*

What would the answer to that be? I need to hear about some NEW amazing way to lose weight fast. I am tired of losing it the slow way or NO WAY. lol I do understand that if you take weight off slowly, it tends to stay off longer. I do not believe in FAD diets. I believe in eating the right foods.

WHAT THE HE** ARE THE RIGHT FOODS?

Faria State Beach…nice*









I just got back from a wonderful weekend trip. Faria State beach is just beautiful. We camped right near the waves. We could climb the rocks and jump right in! We were right next door to Rincon, where you can park your RV right on the road next to the beach! Emma Woods State Beach was also close by, all within biking distance. We got to see beautiful sunsets. We saw a whale, a shark, sea lions, seagulls, and all kinds of little critters running around. I was always entertained. The people we camped next to were very nice. We all got a chance to tell some crazy stories. lol One night a good friend and her husband came for a visit. We had Cinco de Mayo fun! I made so many new friends, I love it. There is like a community when you go camping. We all shared all of our stuff with one another. I got to eat some pretty amazing food. I hope you like the photos. I did have my camera ready. My binoculars were used a lot also! I hope you all had a nice weekend. Have a week full of many smiles.

** If any of my new friends are visiting….Very nice to have spent some time with you all.
