Listen to your body….it speaks

I am always amazed at what I find when I am listening to what my body is trying to tell me.

Sometimes I really do not want to hear it, but I end up regretting that decision!

I am sure there have been times where you KNOW you should not pick up that HEAVY box, but you do it anyways.  The pride factor kicks in.

That evening you are just sitting around in disgust because you did not listen to your body speak!

Does any of this make sense to you?

I can list hundreds of times I should have listened!

Now, what I do is meditate and do some yoga.

It really helps me stay focused on ME and what I am feeling and thinking.

When I do this, my body is happier.

I walk different.

I move different.

I kind of DANCE around!

Try it out.

  1. Learning to listen to your body instead of pride makes good sense to me…I’ve learn to listen better as I’ve aged. Have a great week!

  2. I also hear my body say something to me like “Dont jump too much- You may become X ” But very often I chide t and ask it to keep quiet–
