Do you believe there is such a thing as GOOD STRESS? Give examples of your answer, either way!

  1. When we do our exercises to strengthen our muscles, we put a stress on our body parts, making them stronger. So, I believe some bad stress is good stress.

  2. Should I ask what muscles you are referring to, or just leave it alone? LMAO

  3. Perhaps stress that forces you to get things done? Or maybe the stress of birthing/rearing a child or doing anything else that is stressful, but worth the effort.

  6. There ARE times when stress is good, REALLY!
    It is the kind of short-term buzz we get from a sudden burst of hormones ~~~~~that can help people perform tasks more efficiently and can improve memory.
    Moderate amounts of stress, only though! Good stress is the type of emotional challenge where a person feels in control and provides some sense of accomplishment. It can improve heart function and make the body resistant to infection, experts say.So, GOOD STRESS is far from being something we need to eliminate from our lives.
