It is not considered politically correct to confront a person and “speak your mind” about a negative situation in today’s world.

I do not agree with that! I feel that you should be able to tell a person they are doing something that is hurting you inside, and you should not have to be wondering if it is politically correct! I speak my mind, nicely! Live with it, I say!
I hardly ever speak my mind and it’s one of the biggest regrets of my life. I’m one of those who all the answers come to “after the fact.” I sit and think “I should have said this” or “why didn’t I say that.” My poor husband has to listen to all these scenario’s “after the fact.”
I am the opposite! I always am quick to respond, the worse it is..the better I do! I think it is a survival thing I developed, over the years! Or maybe I can blame the fact I am an Italian from New York! Ha Ha
I’m pretty quick to respond also. If someone is pissing me off, I usually don’t have any problems letting them know. 🙂
You are an Italian from New York? Luisa, I would like to apologize for anything I may have said in the past that may have upset you. Please don’t send “the boys” to my house!!
hi from Middle east..
I have never liked politics… so I disagree..
I believe that it’s our right to say what ever we like but
sometimes I don’t practice this right …simply because I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.. or not to draw attention ..
I think to be a little confrontational you need to be strong and be prepared for a possible rebuttal. I’m just now learning to be a little bit more courageous ,but I still duck and sometimes run.
Ugh, sorry Gary….Cousin “Vinnie” is looking for your house right now! Ha Ha Ha
2dew, that is being smart, on your part! If you can say it nicely and get your point across…that’s OK in my book! Good Luck!
Hey Starla, you are on your way! The fact that you recognize something about you that you want to try and change is the first step! I follow my heart. If I know I am not doing anything that is morally or ethically wrong, I have the strength for the challenge! Hang in there!
I just dropped by to…..sorry, gotta go. Somebody’s banging on my door. 😉
ROFL…..LOL…..Gotta fire that Vinnie, too slow! Ha Ha
