WE ALL NEED A SMILE!

Sometimes I get so angry with someone I just really want to punch something or throw something! I have learned to just stop and take a deep breathe before I act. As I am taking this deep breathe, I am thinking to myself, ” Is it really worth the heart attack I could get?” The answer is sometimes…YES…I have to admit, but I say NO instead.
I try to keep in mind that the other person is the one with the problem, not me! I figure, like all the rest of us have, they are just having ” One of those days.” So, I just smile and walk away. It is not the coward thing to do, just the smart one. I rather have my mental and physical health in check as opposed to getting into a fight with someone over something STUPID!!!!
So, I agree with the statement above…WE ALL NEED TO SMILE. If that doesn’t work…just SCREAM!

What if the other person actually is right, and YOU have the problem?
Keep in mind that the person who starts the fight is usually the wrong one, right?
Definitely not worth the heart attack my friend
