The other half of my life…a poem*

Just thinking about the years when I begin to grow older and wiser,

I am a bit happy and a bit sad.

Will I be one that does not remember my family?

Will I be one who has trouble with every day tasks?

Or, perhaos I will be one

who runs miles till the end

with a smile of happiness and joy

For the world is a place that does offer those options

We have only to seek them and succeed

with our thoughts.

So, I decided I will continue to conquer

on with this life and

take what is thrown my way.

What other choice do I really have?

Taking it easy….

Time to take it easy and relax from the normal routine. I need to switch things up. It is like I have snapped out of a trace I have been in. I can only imagine what is ahead for me with this new outlook I have. I am in survival mode. Look out world. lol Hope you all have a great week. See you soon. Be happy. Stay healthy.

I believe I will be looking like this cartoon sooner than I’d like to be! That is why I would like to explore the universe and see what is out there. Maybe there is a planet that stops your growth when you land. Maybe there is a planet that makes you ten years younger when you land. Then I guess you can look at the negative side too. Maybe there is a planet that kills you off when you land! I guess I should be happy and satisfied with where I landed currently. I guess when you look at the other options, Earth does not look too shabby, huh? Something to think about. Have fun blogging. I sure am!
