I give up. I just want to live my life. I just want to go with the flow. I just want to be who I be. I just want to worry when I need to worry. I just want to watch my weight when it gets control of me and I lose control. I just want to remain as sane as possible so I can deal with all of those people who refuse to be sane. I just want peace. I just want quiet. I just want to write this stuff so I pass it on and it is gone from my brain. I think it is working. I am feeling better now. I think that all of you are nice to stick around and listen to me fly off. I will be happy to listen to you, if you want. If not, have a good rest of the week. Smile. Do what you can. What you can’t do, do not worry about it. I will get done..sooner or later. Bye for now.

I resoluted years ago not to make resolutions. However I have been Gym’ing for about 3 weeks & am determined to keep it up. Have lost some weight already & already feeling healthier for me efforts.
