That would be expensive – most of them live nearby!
That would present a big challenge! Too much brain thoughts for me!
i had one friend who never made it to his family holiday.
he was a drug addict and got caught up in ‘chasing’ his high.

Relatives…you have got to love them….but they drive us nuts!
Most of mine are way back in New York …
Well….the distance does make it a bit easier to hide! LOL
Ha ha ha good one Azfree…………………. I have so many relatives and seeing them on holidays is fun for the first few days, then everyone’s craziness starts showing and that’s when I’m done.

And then all our idiosyncrisies start running around screaming! It’s like a funny movie…..seriously funny, in retrospect. And the WONDERFUL, miraculous thing is that everyone seems to forget every year, so it’s a clean slate always. We love that! Thanks for the laugh and Cheers and Namaste.

I always forget to answer my own questions! I sometimes REALLY wish I could just go off to my mountain retreat with my immediate family and forget the rest….But, I will never do that. I need the crazy times to help me learn to control my blood pressure without medication!
Oh well nice question…I’ve become a house person lately. During weekends I love to be at home watching TV or reading Sunday magazine . I avoid relatives on holidays but don’t mind going at their place once a month. I love kids and one of my uncle had a baby recently so its fun to play with the 2month old !
Family is the best, in my book! They drive me nuts, but I would be lost and sad without them!
Play often with that baby, cause one day REAL soon…they will be grown up!

i don’t hide from them, my room back hometown hides me from them… when it’s locked, they know that they need not knock.
